# fsociety Privacy Policy **Effective Date: September 25, 2026** Thank you for choosing **fsociety**, an iOS application for movie enthusiasts to keep track of films they have watched, create movie diary entries, rate movies, write reviews or fan theories, and read content shared by other users. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use fsociety, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. By downloading, installing, or using fsociety, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the App. ## 1. Some limited information may remain temporarily in server backups or logs after deletion as part of normal technical operations. ## 6. Data Deletion and Privacy Choices Users may delete supported movie diary entries or other content through deletion features available within fsociety. If you would like to request deletion of information associated with your use of fsociety, you may contact us using the method provided in the **Contact Us** section below. When submitting a deletion request, we may need sufficient information to identify the applicable account or application data. We will make reasonable efforts to process valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable law. ## 7. Security We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information processed through fsociety against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Communication between the App and its backend services may use secure network connections where supported. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security. ## 8. Children's Privacy fsociety is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law without appropriate authorization. If we become aware that information from a child has been collected in circumstances where parental or guardian consent is legally required, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. ## 9.
